<p>Savarine cu sirop de ciocolata – reteta de savarine pufoase cu frisca, insiropate si decorate cu sos de ciocolata – savarine cu aluat dospit – cele mai bune savarine.<br />
Reteta de savarine cu sirop de ciocolata a fost pregatita de Maria Udrea autoarea blogului Retete pentru toate gusturile.<br />
Avand in vedere faptul ca in suntem obligati sa pastram distantarea sociala am intrerupt proiectul , dar ma gandesc ca acesta poate continua macar in aceasta forma online, iar cei care ar fi fost invitatii mei vor pregati de la distanta reteta si ne arata macar in poze ceea ce ar fi aratat intr-o prezentare live pe facebook. Cand lucrurile vor reveni la normal voi reveni si eu cu live-urile din bucataria mea.<br />
Pana atunci, prima invitata in varianta online este Maria. Va invit cu drag sa o urmariti caci are multe retete simple si delicioase. Apasati pe numele blogului ei si veti fi distribuiti pe blogul ei, dar o gasiti si pe pagina de facebook aici.</p>
<p>Va astept si eu in fiecare zi pe pagina mea de facebook (apasati aici) cu multe retete, idei si sugestii pentru ca meniul vostru sa fie in fiecare zi rapid, gustos si usor de pregatit.<br />
Sa revenim la reteta propusa de Maria: savarine cu sirop de ciocolata. <br />
Pe principiul ca orice reteta clasica se poate reinventa, iata ca si savarinele se pot prepara altfel si anume: savarine cu sirop de ciocolata.<br />
Nu trebuie decat sa adaugam putina cacao in aluatul clasic de savarine, iar siropul il pregatim cu putina ciocolata.</p>
<p>Vom obtine altfel de savarine ce le vor concura cu succes pe cele clasice.<br />
Un sfat pentru reusita acestora este sa se lase mai intai sa se usuce bine, inainte de a le scufunda in siropul de ciocolata.<br />
Iar in sirop pot fi tinute 4-5 ore, sau chiar de seara pana dimineata, sa se patrunda bine.<br />
Iata cat de pufoase sunt!</p>
<p>Pentru ca aceste asavarine sa fie cat mai ciocolatoase aluatul va contine cacao. Pentru un gust cat mai bin se foloseste smantana grasa pentru frisca – indulcita.<br />
Blatul pentru savarine in sos de ciocolata nu se face greu, il poate pregasti si un incepator in bucatarie. Maria a pus esenta de rom in sirop, dar puteti inlocui esenta cu alcool – rom.<br />
Puteti fierbe laptele cu semintele dintr-o pastaie de vanilie, iar ciocolata cu lapte poate fi inlocuita cu ciocolata amaruie pentru un gust mai intens de ciocolata.</p>
<p>Daca iubiti deserturile cu ciocolata va invit sa vedeti o colectie de retete delicioase daca apasati aici.<br />
Iata lista de ingrediente si modul de preparare pentru savarine cu sirop de ciocolata, explicat pas cu pas mai jos.<br />
Ingrediente pentru savarine cu sirop de ciocolata:<br />
Pentru aluat:<br />
4 oua<br />
50 gr zahar<br />
475 gr faina<br />
25 gr cacao<br />
300 ml lapte<br />
60 ml ulei<br />
1 varf cutit sare<br />
1 plic drojdie uscata(7 gr)<br />
Pentru sirop de ciocolata:<br />
400 ml lapte<br />
50 gr ciocolata cu lapte<br />
200 gr zahar<br />
2 lingurite esenta de rom<br />
Pentru decor:<br />
250 ml frisca indulcita – grasime min. 30%<br />
100 gr ciocolata cu lapte</p>
<p>Mod de preparare savarine cu sirop de ciocolata:<br />
Preparare aluat de savarine cu sirop de ciocolata:<br />
Incepem prin a pune laptele la incalzit, apoi adaugam in el zaharul si drojdia uscata. Amestecam pana acestea se dilueaza si se omogenizeaza compozitia. Cernem faina intr-un bol, impreuna cu cacaua si adaugam un praf de sare. Adaugam compozitia de lapte cu drojdie si zahar, o amestecam cu faina, apoi incorporam uleiul si ouale.Vom obtine un aluat moale, pe care il lasam 20-30 de minute la dospit.<br />
Intre timp, pornim cuptorul la 180 de grade si pregatim formele de savarine pe care le ungem cu putin ulei.</p>
<p>Punem cu o lingura aluatul de savarine in forme, asa incat sa se umple ¾ din capacitatea lor.<br />
Coacem savarinele pentru 30-35 de minute, la 180 de grade.<br />
Apoi le vom scoate din forme si le vom lasa la racit.<br />
Preparare sirop de ciocolata.<br />
Punem laptele intr-un vas, pe foc si adaugam ciocolata rupta in bucati mici si zaharul. Amestecam bine pana se topesc ingredientele solide si se omogenizeaza siropul. Il lasam la racit.<br />
Intepam savarinele cu o scobitoare din loc in loc, le decupam un capacel, dar fara a-l strapunge de tot si le scufundam in siropul de ciocolata. Daca este nevoie asezam o presa pe ele, o farfurie, de exemplu, ca sa stea in sirop.</p>
<p>Cand sunt bine insiropate le scoatem pe un gratar, le lasam se se scurga putin si le decoram sub capacelul decupat, cu frisca batuta.<br />
Topim ciocolata la bain marie și ungem capacelele savarinelor cu ea, lasand-o sa curga usor si pe laterale.</p>
<p>Sunt foarte gustoase aceste savarine cu sirop de ciocolata!<br />

<p>Cotlet de porc la tigaie cu couscous este propunerea mea de reteta simpla si gustoasa atat pentru aceasta perioada in care trebuie sa stam acasa si sa gatim cu ce avem la indemana.<br />
Puteti retine ideea si pentru vremurile linistite, care vor urma sper cat mai curand.<br />
Reteta de cotlet de porc la tigaie cu couscous este rapida si se face foarte usor. Orice incepator in ale gatitului o poate pregati.<br />
In plus, puteti sa modificati sosul dupa propriul gust, dar si in functie de ce aveti in frigider. Puteti adauga smantana pentru gatit sau mustar, ketchup de casa, suc de rosii.</p>
<p>Garnitura de couscous este inspirata de o reteta turceasca care se pregateste cu bulgur (kisir). Nu toata lumea are in casa bulgur, dar se pare ca couscous-ul este mult mai prezent in bucatariile romanilor, asa ca am adaptat reteta.<br />
Atat bulgurul, cat si couscous-ul au boabele mici, dar arata diferit. Bulgurul este obtinut din boabe intregi de grau ce sunt partial fierte, uscate si sparte, asa ca acesta se va gati prin fierbere, destul de repede.<br />
Couscous-ul este o pasta din grau dur. Bulgurul se fierbe 15-20 minute, in timp ce couscous-ul nu are nevoie de gatire, doar se toarna apa/ supa fierbinte peste acesta si are nevoie de un timp de 5-10 minute (in functie de producatori) de asteptare.<br />
Daca nu aveti in casa couscous puteti folosi bulgur. Ambele variante sunt bune, gustoase si sanatoase, fiind surse bune de fibre, proteine, minerale si nutrient.</p>
<p>Pana la urma, daca nu aveti nici acest ingredient, puteti folosi orez pe care il veti fierbe cu supa de legume.<br />
Cotletul de porc dezosat prajit in tigaie risca sa devina tare, dar daca vreti sa aveti o friptura frageda si suculenta nu trebuie sa tineti bucata de carne prea mult pe foc.<br />
Timpul de prajire este de 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte pentru feliile subtiri si 4 minute pentru cele groase.<br />
Ar fi bine sa puteti sa va portionati singuri feliile, lasandu-le mai groase, dar daca le cumparati gata feliate si sunt subtirele incingeti bine tigaia in avans.<br />
In plus, carnea trebuie scoasa din frigider cu minim 45-60 minute inainte. Dupa ce prajiti carnea este bine sa o lasati 5 minute sa astepte pana o mancati. In acest timp pregatiti garnitura.</p>
<p>Suntem afectati de ceea ce se intampla la noi in tara. Trebuie sa ramanem sanatosi, sa avem grija de noi si de cei dragi.<br />
Am peste 30 de zile de stat acasa si am de gand sa raman aici cat va fi nevoie.<br />
Sper ca veti si voi acest lucru. Daca gatim impreuna putem folosi si hastagul #stamlamasaimpreunacasa.<br />
Asa cum va spuneam la inceputul postarii, am foarte multe zile de stat in casa.<br />
Legumele nu sunt la fel de proaspete, am terminat stock-ul de supa facut de mine si pastrat in congelator.<br />
Am ales sa aduc gust mai bun mancarii folosind Delikat Bulgarasi de Savoare Legume fara monoglutamat de sodiu adaugat, fara conservanti sau coloranti.<br />
Datorita amestecului ideal de legume conservate prin uscare, verdeturi si ierburi aromate, noul Delikat Bulgarasi Savoare Legume ofera mancarurilor gustul desavarsit de acasa.<br />
Atunci cand adaugati Delikat Bulgarasi de Savoare, este recomandat a nu se mai adauga sare in plus, cu exceptia celor care obisnuiesc sa manance mai sarat.<br />
Daca alegeti sa pregati in locul cotletului de porc o friptura de pui, atunci puteti folosi Delikat Bulgarasi de Savoare cu Gust de Gaina.</p>
<p>Iata lista de ingrediente si modul de preparare pentru cotlet de porc la tigaie cu couscous.</p>
<p>Ingrediente cotlet de porc la tigaie cu couscous:<br />
(Pentru 2 persoane)<br />
500 ml apa fierbinte<br />
1 lingura Delikat Bulgarasi de Savoare Legume – fara monoglutamat adaugat<br />
2 buc cotlet de porc dezosate de marime medie-mare<br />
ulei pentru prajit<br />
1 cub unt – aprox 30 g<br />
1 lingura faina<br />
120 g cuscus<br />
1 ceapa rosie mica<br />
1 lingura pasta de rosii sau bulion<br />
Patrunjel verde pentru decor<br />
Mod de preparare cotlet de porc la tigaie cu couscous:<br />
Am dizolvat o lingura Delikat Bulgarasi de Savoare Legume in apa fierbinte.<br />
Daca veti pregati piept de pui in locul cotletului, atunci folositi Delikat Bulgarasi de Savoare cu gust de Gaina.<br />
Am turnat 250 ml de supa fierbinte peste couscous si am acoperit vasul.</p>
<p>Am prajit cotletul de porc in uleiul incins in jur de 3 minute pe ambele parti. Timpul de prajire depinde de grosimea bucatilor de carne.<br />
Le-am scos din tigaie, apoi am pus untul. Dupa ce s-a topit am adaugat faina, am amestecat-o bine, incercand sa dizolv si resturile de la friptura lipite de tigaie.<br />
Acestea dau gust bun sosului.<br />
Am dizolvat apoi cu supa. Veti turna supa cat veti considera ca este nevoie pentru ca sosul sa nu fie gros, dar nici foarte diluat. Intre 100 si 150 ml.</p>
<p>Couscousul a absorbit in acest timp supa, asa ca poate fi aerat cu o furculita.</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie am calit ceapa, apoi am adaugat o lingura pasta de rosii. Am lasat in jur de 1 minut sa se caleasca, amestecand continuu.<br />
Am pus couscousul peste acestea si l-am sotat in jur de 2 minute.</p>
